TIMOTHY M. MOELLER
Tim Moeller has practiced community association law since 1999. During this time, Tim has gained experience and knowledge in all facets of community association law. Tim supports associations in such areas as collection of delinquent assessments, which includes bringing foreclosure and receivership actions, covenant enforcement, creating and amending governing documents, preparing opinions concerning many different matters facing associations in Colorado, litigating covenant violation and collection cases, and attending and counseling boards during difficult and sometimes contentious member and board meetings. Tim has been accredited by the Community Associations Institute to provide ongoing education to managers. Tim has published articles in both the local and national publications for the Community Associations Institute and serves on the Editorial Committee for the local publication, Common Interests. Tim is a frequent educational speaker for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. Tim has provided continuing legal education to attorneys on the topic of Condominium and Homeowners’ Associations.

Tim was born and raised in Tucson Arizona where his father, brother and uncle all practiced law. Tim received his Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in 1995. He worked as a loan processor and later a loan officer prior to attending law school at the University of Denver. During law school, Tim interned for the Honorable Deanna Hickman, Arapahoe County District Court Judge. Tim received his Juris Doctor degree in 1999, at which time he began practicing community association law. Tim has joined David Graf to create a practice based solely on the needs of Colorado community associations.

DAVID J. GRAF
David Graf has practiced community association law exclusively since 2001. In this time, he has represented a wide range of communities throughout the State of Colorado. The majority of his practice involved interpreting and amending governing documents, advising associations on the corporate aspects of running a common interest community, and enforcing the terms of governing documents through court action. He has attended countless difficult and contentious board and member meetings on behalf of associations. David has lectured on various aspects of community association and corporate law throughout the state and has taught continuing legal education courses on the topic of community association law for attorneys several times. David is also a national faculty member of the Community Associations Institute’s Professional Management Development Program. David has served on the Colorado Legislative Action Committee of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Association Institute for many years.

David is a Connecticut native. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Coming to Colorado in 1995, David began work at a collection company and then moved to a law firm specializing in collections. After that, he was a commercial litigator for two years and spent over one hundred days per year in courts during this period. He then became associated with a corporate law firm, where his practice focused on the representation of developers, owners of commercial properties, and corporations of all types. He left that practice in 2001 as a partner in the firm to practice community association law.

BUJAR AHMETI
Bujar Ahmeti began his legal career in the area of community association law in 2009 as a law clerk for a small community association law firm in Denver, Colorado. During that time, Bujar assisted Colorado community associations in the collection of assessments, covenant enforcement, and interpreting and amending governing documents. After passing the Colorado bar examination, Bujar joined a large real estate law firm headquartered in Denver as an associate. In that capacity, Bujar continued working in community association law, albeit, representing lenders in judicial foreclosure actions initiated by Colorado community associations. As a result, Bujar brings a unique perspective to the issues facing community associations through his previous experience of representing both community associations and various lenders.

Bujar was born in New Jersey, but primarily grew up in Dallas, Texas. In 2006, Bujar received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University with a minor in Economics. While at S.M.U., Bujar received the Mustang Scholastic Scholarship for excellence in the classroom. Additionally, Bujar graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. While there, Bujar interned for the Honorable William Robbins in the Denver District Court and was a teaching assistant to Professor Phoenix Cai for real property law. Bujar joined Moeller Graf in early 2011.

K. CHRISTIAN WEBERT
Christian Webert has worked in the area of collections and real estate since 2005, first as a paralegal and later as a law clerk. While working as a law clerk, Christian managed hundreds of county and district court collections cases for nationwide material suppliers and subcontractors. During this time, Christian collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for clients. Through this experience, Christian gained a detailed understanding of all aspects of collections work.

Christian was born and raised in Colorado. He received his Bachelor degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder, in 2004. Christian received his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, in 2011. During law school, Christian worked nearly full time for a law firm that specializes in the area of collections and real estate. While attending law school and working, Christian volunteered for Colorado Legal Services, which provides free legal services to low-income Coloradans.
