Brittney Horstman

Brittney Horstman is a partner with Moeller Graf and has been a practicing attorney since 2002. In her practice of community association law, Brittney supports associations in all areas of board governance and running a common interest community including interpreting and drafting governing documents, covenant enforcement, general litigation, contract review, and real estate matters. Brittney’s extensive background in litigation in both state and federal courts provides greater depth to the guidance she provides associations on all facets of dispute resolution and effective risk management. Her years of serving as a volunteer board director provides her with a strong appreciation for the complex issues homeowner associations and boards undertake to serve and govern their communities. Brittney also provides continuing legal education to attorneys and training for community association managers on the topic of community association law.

Brittney obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Moeller Graf, Brittney served as an associate attorney in Miami and then as a partner at a Miami and Denver based law firm.

Brittney was born and raised in Iowa and has lived all over the United States prior to settling in Denver with her extended family. When not at work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her two sons, husband, and dog. She is also a strong advocate and supporter of children and families in need of special education services and the schools who serve those families.
