Thomas H. Falivene joined Moeller Graf, P.C. in April of 2019, bringing extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, construction defect law, corporate and insurance law, premises liability, personal injury law, subrogation, and mediation / arbitration. He has litigated cases involving homeowner associations, property management firms, general contractors and subcontractors, construction design professionals, and private individuals. He has also advised homeowners’ associations, corporations, and insurance companies in the area of risk management, litigation avoidance, dispute resolution, and statutory/regulatory compliance.
Tom obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware, which he attended on an NCAA football scholarship. He then earned a Masters Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Prior to joining Moeller Graf, Tom served as Associate Attorney and then Partner/Shareholder with law firms in St. Louis and Denver, and as corporate counsel to a major insurance group.
Since 2009, Tom has held the “AV-Preeminent Rating” with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating conferred upon attorneys for legal ability and ethical standards.
Tom enjoys interacting with Homeowners’ Associations and Boards, and welcomes the chance to address issues relating to covenants and declarations, assessments, vendor contracts, and litigation. When not at work, Tom is probably playing his guitars, riding his Harley, or exploring the Colorado backcountry with his family.
