Zach joined Moeller Graf in 2018. Zach demonstrates a passion towards the practice of community association law, and to stay at the cutting edge regarding its new developments and their impacts on Colorado communities. At Moeller Graf, he aspires to build strong relationships with clients by earning trust and confidence through unwaveringly exceptional service, guidance, and work quality.
As a law student, Zach clerked for the commercial litigation and real estate practice groups at a firm in Denver. He also undertook cybersecurity, privacy, and public safety projects as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic, and researched intellectual property and internet governance issues as an intern for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration in Washington, DC. Before attending law school, he earned a paralegal certificate and specialized in e-discovery.
Zach was born and raised in Colorado. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado in 2006 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2018.
