Chad Biggerstaff
Senior counsel
Chad is an experienced attorney with more than 17 years of legal practice across several areas of law. He began his career in 2008 with a Denver firm representing Colorado community associations, where he advised boards and managers on a wide range of matters including covenant enforcement, assessment collections, document amendments, and governance issues. In that role, he regularly appeared in courts throughout Colorado on behalf of association clients.
After building a strong foundation in community association law, Chad spent the past seven years practicing personal injury law with one of Colorado’s fastest-growing firms, representing individuals and families in complex claims. Chad now joins Moeller Graf with enthusiasm to return to his roots and focus again on representing community associations.
Chad grew up in Colorado and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, completing law school while raising four children with his wife, Rosemary, in Broomfield.
Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking and hunting in the Colorado mountains, and supporting youth athletics throughout the Front Range as both a coach and parent.
