Chauncy Drewry is an experienced attorney with over 15 years of practice advising businesses and nonprofits across employment law, contracts, entity formation, and compliance. He has worked with clients in diverse sectors including real estate, technology, education, and mission-driven nonprofits, offering thoughtful legal guidance rooted in real-world context.
Before joining Moeller Graf, Chauncy operated a successful solo practice and served as Of Counsel at Lyda Law Firm. He also held the role of Managing Attorney at The National Disability Group, where he led a 26-person team and oversaw legal strategy, operations, and financial planning. His background includes significant work in contract negotiation, employment matters, and corporate governance, as well as mentorship of attorneys and staff.
Chauncy has also served as Dean of Students at Steamboat Mountain School—leading student development and teaching a legal seminar—highlighting his collaborative approach and leadership skills.
Chauncy earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a B.A. from Washington & Lee University. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and the District of Columbia.
A Virginia native, Chauncy lives in Golden, Colorado, with his wife and two children, and is a member of his local community association. A former college soccer player, he has played internationally and traveled to more than 30 countries.
