Jeremy D. Earle brings more than a decade of civil litigation experience to Moeller Graf, P.C. Jeremy has represented clients through every stage of the legal process, from initial case evaluation and strategy development through negotiation, mediation, motion practice, and resolution.

Before joining Moeller Graf, Jeremy owned and operated his own law practice, where he handled a substantial personal injury caseload and managed cases from intake through settlement or litigation. That experience gave him a practical understanding of client communication, case value, leverage, negotiation strategy, and the importance of moving legal matters forward with purpose.

Jeremy applies that litigation background to assist Colorado community associations with dispute evaluation, covenant enforcement, collections, contract issues, board guidance, and practical problem-solving. He understands that associations need more than legal theory. They need clear direction, responsive communication, and solutions that help boards protect the community while keeping matters efficient and manageable.

Jeremy received his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. He has been licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas since 2014.
