K. Christian Webert
K. Christian Webert is an associate attorney for Moeller Graf, PC, joining in 2012. Since joining, Christian has effectively handled numerous legal issues for community associations. Christian has successfully collected unpaid assessments, enforced associations' covenants, amended governing documents, negotiated contracts with vendors and governments, and advised boards on important issues affecting their associations.
Notably, Christian successfully argued before the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado that an association's post-petition assessments are not dischargeable when a delinquent owner surrenders the property in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan. Christian has also assisted associations successfully amend their governing documents, through both votes of the members and through a petition to the court.
