Moeller Graf Business Update
The team at Moeller Graf is undergoing a transformation inside its business model intended to elevate service levels for the clients we support today and in the future. Effective May 1, 2019, we will start a migration that is intended to take several months around centralizing our collections effort with a single team. Simply stated, we will have dedicated support for all collection and covenant matters.
We are in the process of clarifying three segments of our community association practice: general business support, litigation support and collections support. Our analysis has concluded this process will allow matters to be managed more effectively and thus produce a better result for the clients/consumers we support. This transformation is intended to be seamless and we will work tirelessly within the organization to address any shortfalls in the transition process.
