Brit Weimer’s recent article that analyzes Coverage A of the Commercial General Liability insurance policy was featured in Colorado Lawyer.
Coverage A insures accidental property damage and bodily injury claims, which are included in many lawsuits against associations. Arguably they are included in most complaints, since the duty to defend is triggered by the facts alleged, not by the legal counts. And the duty to defend one claim triggers the duty to defend all claims.
