In this class, we will discuss current best practices for addressing covenant violation issues during a pandemic in light of the current state of social distancing and court operations. We will discuss ways to divert covenant violation issues off of the path towards litigation, which has long been a goal of our firm. We will also discuss alternative dispute resolution options in the age of the coronavirus, including how to mediate disputes using video platforms.
